Need Help!
Okay I started this weight loss plan on Feb. 11th. It took me 6 weeks to lose 13 lbs. I was very focused and for the first 6 weeks didnt have a “cheat day”. My original goal was to lose 20 pounds by my b-day. That day has come & gone, I am still at -13 lbs but can not get below this. I know that for the past two weekends I have had a “cheat day” could this be stopping me from losing weight? I really feel that if I have one day to eat what I want that helps me get through the week. I didnt for the first 6 weeks because I had read that I should shock my system with only healthy foods for a period of time. I am getting very flustered because I really want to lose 10 more pounds before Memorial Day. Please Please Please give me all and any advise…Yes I am active (Softball 2 -3 hrs 5days a week). I eat breakfast, eat every 4 hours, drink 120 oz water daily, stay within 1500 calories a day
